The event will take place on June 19, 1999 starting at 10:00 p.m. at the Natrona County International Airport terminal building. It begins with registration, T-shirt and participant number distribution, course orientation and description, ceremony, and door prizes. Free parking is provided.

The actual run/walk will begin at midnight. The course will be a 4 mile run and 2 mile walk. The course will be timed for running participants. Strollers and wheelchairs are welcome. The airport's runways will be closed for the event but will remain lighted for the duration of the event.

Entry fee is $15 per person, $10 for those 12 and under. Special edition T-shirts for all pre-registered participants plus lots of door prizes. Additional fund raising efforts are encouraged.
