How do I get a password so I can post a message or reply?
Because of idiot spammers abusing the board, a password is now required to post. To obtain a password email Mike: webmaster@windycitystriders.com In your email, be sure to include a copy of the message you wish to post.
Anyone is free to post a message.
What type of messages can I post?
Any type of running-related message. Maybe you wish to ask a question. Or share some information. Trying to sell that pair of shoes that don't fit, post it here.
What types of messages will be disallowed?
Obviously messages that are offensive to the majority will be removed. Spam and commercial ads are not allowed.
Do I need to supply my email address?
No, your email address is optional.
Why are there colons in the message when I try to post a followup?
Colons appear in the message dialog box when you try to followup up on a message to indicate that those lines are quoting the previous document.
Your post most likely did not show up, because your browser did not reload the page, it simply pulled it out of cache. Please reload your browser and it should then appear.
