The only flat and somewhat lit place to run is the mall parking lot. However, I have notice every week more and more burned out lites in the parking lot.

: A Friend of mine run in a safe place now, but there are a lot of hills. Can anyone suggest an outdoor, safe, well lit place to run that's not so hilly, in Casper?
