I run college cross country for msu-billings, my teamate last year ran the race and placed second overall for the run and I'm just as fast as he is. I have run 8 miles in 38 minutes...that was before a marathon last year and I'm not quite in that good of shape but I can get to the transfer in probly about 42 minutes. You can goto the msubilling.edu web site and see my 10K and 8k times of last year...
