Paper Cutter

Has anyone seen a paper cutter? Pete Zellner brought a paper cutter belonging to the National Guard in Douglas for use at the Casper Chase. He was told that the paper cutter was put in the Striders' storage unit following the race. However both the storage unit and the trailer have been checked thoroughly and the paper cutter is not in either place. The Guard needs its paper cutter back.
